Ads2
For the record, I just want to say that even if I’m beginning to LOOOOOVE my friendster blog I really, really hate the advertisements for the following reasons:
Fleur_2 The ads at the end of the page are sometimes unbiblical (i.e. heretical)
Fleur_3 I don’t want animated cursors nor wretched smileys, and I don’t want readers to even consider
Fleur_4

A FART BUTTON! seriously?!

Alas, buying my own blog is expensive and moving to another blog engine is a hassle. I just wish I could -out of a quota of advertisements- choose the ads that I would like to be seen on my blog.

Last saturday I felt like an RPG character that just maxed-up his experience gauge.
I leveled- up!
Read the last line with matching "ta-na-na-na-nan-tan-tan-tan-nan" musical score.
I learned how to bake cake. Yay!
I was SO nervous at first because I thought I would be doing it ALONE for the FIRST time.
I PRAISE GOD for and am grateful to:
Fleur

Ate Mikay for the invaluable help, the cake wouldn’t be that way without you.

Kuya Butch for the back-up funds else the cake wouldn’t have its "icing." :p

Haaay … Happiness :D

Secularism promotes freedom of religion and freedom from religion,
asserting that we should be neutral in matters of faith, that religious
questions are irrelevant. But Dr. Ravi Zacharias explains that in embracing
secularism, we have reduced life “to temporal pursuits disconnected from
all the other disciplines necessary for life to be meaningfully engaged.”
With much candor and respect, Dr. Ravi Zacharias invites everybody to
join him as he explores these issues and more on Tuesday, August 22, at
Ang Bahay ng Alumni, University of the Philippines – Diliman.

DR. RAVI ZACHARIAS was born into an Indian family descended from temple priests.
He struggled over the meaning of life and, at seventeen, pledged to “leave no stone
unturned” in his pursuit of truth—a quest that led him to faith in Christ. Today, he
seeks to have dialogue with the intellectuals and has spoken in prominent universities
such as Harvard and Princeton. He received his Doctor of Divinity from Houghton
College, New York, and from Tyndale College and Seminary, Toronto; and his Doctor
of Laws from Asbury College, Kentucky. He was the Chair of Evangelism and
Contemporary Thought at Alliance Theological Seminary, New York, for three and
a half years. He is presently a Visiting Professor at Wycliffe Hall, Oxford University,
Oxford, England.
Ravi has written more than 10 books including Can Man Live Without God?,
Cries of the Heart, Jesus Among Other Gods, and The Real Face of Atheism.

Peniel was particularly careful preparing his spaghetti. Afterall, it isn’t a very difficult job - cooking pasta and sauce. Alas, as the smell of what seemed to be cooked peanuts wafted in the kitchen; the pots he used were just too thin.

We are a fellowship of sinners first before we are a fellowship of saints.

"It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. But go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy, not sacrifice.’ For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners." ~The Great Physician
